Serolo Safari Camp is located along the shady floodplain of the Limpopo River in the Northern Tuli Game Reserve. It is just 600m from the river itself, under the many massive riverine trees, including the magnificent Mashatu and tall Apple-leaf trees. The unfenced camp offers accommodation in five safari-style tents with each tent sleeping two persons.
The tents comprise of two single beds and there are electric fans and lamps. The en-suite bathrooms consist of a flush toilet and hot water shower with water heated by a ‘donkey-boiler’ system. There is a central lapa / dining area with a fire-pit on the main deck. The camp has 220V electricity and a spotlight overlooks the waterhole at Serolo Camp. All bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities are provided.
The day starts out with an early sunrise breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, coffee and rusks just before the morning game drive. Upon returning from the morning activity, a hearty brunch will be prepared for you. A light afternoon tea is served later on in the day just before the afternoon guided activity. Upon return, an opportunity is given to freshen up before a delicious home-cooked dinner is served by our cooks. Please let us know in advance should you have any specific dietary requirements so that we can prepare accordingly.
